James Toonk
James Toonk is a trained and certified wedding officiant working with Always and Forever Life Celebrations & Our Wedding Officiant. James is an officiant known for his fun-loving and caring nature, who approaches his role with dedication and warmth. Whether marrying couples in serene gardens or at bustling city venues, he brings a spontaneous yet calm demeanor to every ceremony. Born and raised in the small town of Palmerston Ontario, James was accustomed to the quiet life but that didn’t last long. Being a passionate musician James jumped at the opportunity to go study music and leadership in Australia, and ever since that he has wanted to live for adventure! If James isn’t busy with a wedding, he is usually playing drums or walking his big great dane dogs on all the walking trails surrounding the beautiful town he lives in, Paris and all over southern Ontario. Beyond officiating, James is crafting an espresso cart for catering weddings and events, driven by his passion for excellence in service. His goal is to not only unite couples with memorable ceremonies but also to elevate their special day with exceptional coffee and a touch of his caring spirit.
Amber Shurr
Amber believes that it’s your day and it should be your way! As a licensed Professional Wedding Officiant in the province of Ontario, her desire is to help you make your wedding fun & legal! Being the narrator of the next chapter of your life is something she views as an honour In her own words, as your chosen Wedding Officiant, it is important to me to represent you well so I choose my outfit in order to best blend with your theme and colour palette. FASHION, FOOD + FUN are my three favourite “F” words — whether it is wearing a costume and fangs to match your Halloween-themed wedding or jumping off the end of the boat into the lake as I pronounce you married, count me in!

CJ Cooper is a singer/songwriter from Guelph, Ontario. She has performed for companies like the National Bank Open, Sportsnet, TD Bank and the CFL. She also performs for weddings, private events and more. CJ is currently working on her third album and recently performed at her first international festival in Sweden.
eric bolton
Eric is a long-time performing singer-songwriter and event musician from Cambridge, ON, boasting over 2000 shows performed to date. Using hundreds of well-known cover songs, Eric custom tailors sets of song choices to suit each event and group of guests, whether it be for wedding ceremonies, corporate events, upbeat parties, or calm cocktail/dinner music. While Eric usually performs solo with acoustic guitar and vocals, he also has a fantastic group of musicians to call on to accompany him if a band is preferred.
